At Douglas and Daisy, we take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t quite right, please review the information below.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging is included

  • Proof of purchase is supplied

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and items being returned in original condition.

Sale Items & Promotions

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special events are considered final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, unless faulty.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

In line with the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.


Items Not Eligible

Unless required by law, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear or misuse
