At Douglas and Daisy, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise.

During peak periods - including holidays, product launches, or promotional events - processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship orders using Australia Post. The carrier selected at checkout is based on your location, parcel size, and delivery efficiency to ensure the best possible service.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Douglas & Daisy offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $225.00 within Australia only.
For all orders under $225.00 shipping prices are as below:

Standard Shipping – $12.00
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (via Australia Post)

Express Shipping – $16.00
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch (via Australia Post Express)

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Douglas & Daisy ships within Australia and selected international destinations only.
We do not ship to the United States.
Orders placed from restricted countries may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

NZ Standard Shipping - up to 1kg -$20.00 | over 1kg - $25.00
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Online orders will be received within 5-7 working days for all Australian orders. If there is any issue with your order our customer service team will contact you by email and advise you of the updates.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.

TRACKING

All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery using the tracking link supplied.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship exclusively within Australia and New Zealand and do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.
Please note: Priority shipping applies to the shipping speed once your order has been packed and dispatched. Your order will be placed to the front of the queue for processing. 

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Douglas and Daisy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days; however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.
