Douglas & Daisy ships within Australia and selected international destinations only.
We do not ship to the United States.
Orders placed from restricted countries may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
NZ Standard Shipping - up to 1kg -$20.00 | over 1kg - $25.00
DELIVERY TIMES
- Australia: 3–7 business days from dispatch
- International (selected countries): 7–27 business days from dispatch
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Online orders will be received within 5-7 working days for all Australian orders. If there is any issue with your order our customer service team will contact you by email and advise you of the updates.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.
TRACKING
All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery using the tracking link supplied.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Douglas & Daisy is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Douglas & Daisy is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery.
