RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We take care to ensure the quality of all Douglas & Daisy products. Please review the following conditions carefully.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video demonstrating the issue
Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or repair at our discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
WEAR & TEAR / MISUSE
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, overloading, misuse, or improper care is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
APPROVED RETURNS
Where a return is approved, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned within the timeframe provided
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
- Delays caused by customs or international carriers are outside our control
- Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays where tracking confirms dispatch
We encourage international customers to consider these factors carefully before purchasing.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any issues promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Douglas & Daisy is considered a breach of our purchasing terms.
For orders where:
- Tracking confirms delivery, and
- The product matches the description provided
We reserve the right to submit all supporting evidence to dispute the chargeback and to decline future orders from customers who initiate disputes in bad faith.
